Lithgow is a hub for tourists and business people alike.
Situated to the west of the Blue Mountains it is within easy driving distance of Bathurst and Mudgee to the west, Jenolan Caves, Oberon, the Blue Mountains, Zig Zag Railway, Newnes and the Wollomi National Park. It is on the route of The Tablelands Ways tourist drive from Goulburn to the Hunter Valley.
There is so much to see and do from Lithgow that you could spend a week here and be lost in time.

Roy St. runs right into the heart of Lithgow CBD and is only a few minutes walk to the railway station, shops, sporting facilities and Lithgow Workmen’s Club. It is convenient to Public transport and off street parking is also available from the access lane at the rear of the building.
Two cottages are available both with double bedrooms, kitchen with full size refrigerator and gas cooking, dining/lounge and bathroom. Gas heating in the living rooms with TV and electric blankets on the beds for the rather chilly winter nights.
No 18 Roy St has double bed and 2 single beds while No 20 currently has 2 double beds.

TARIFF
We prefer a minimum stay of two nights with a tariff for the 2 nights of:
*$220 for cottage with first bedroom with a further $20 for the second bedroom per night. ie $130 per night for both bedrooms
For 4 nights up to a week the tariff is $440 plus $40 for second bedroom.
For long term visitors linen change and cleaning is provided weekly |
